Frequently Asked Questions
Am I able to stop requests during an Event?
You can close requests at any time directly from your event dashboard. Your partygoers will see a friendly closed message and will be unable to send any further requests. They can be reopened at any time from your dashboard.
Can a guest add a message or shoutout to a request?
Shoutouts are a great way to engage your audience and bring your event to life! Every event has the ability to activate a ‘shoutout’ message box as part of the request. This can be switched on directly from your DJ playlist dashboard.
Do I see a history of requests?
Yes! The DJ dashboard will show you all requests and played songs for the current event, allowing you to keep track of duplicate song requests. You can also export the full request history for each event via your account menu.
What happens when my free trial expires?
You will still be able to log in to your account to view past requests, however all requests will now be closed. Reactivation is instant once you have selected an appropriate subscription.
Can I setup multiple events?
The management of multiple events is part of our paid plans, and allows you to setup dedicated dashboards, request pages & QR code for future events. You can switch between specific event & your central DJ dashboard seamlessly.
